Principal

Principal is a pan-European investment manager. The company covers the entire risk spectrum: from core real estate to opportunistic investments right through to private equity. Investments are made in hotels and in real estate from the health sector, among others. Principal currently has a total of EUR 3.5 billion in assets under management, manages 15 funds and 13 special funds and has branches in eight European metropolises.

3PM is active for principal in the field of fund accounting and supports national and international hotel funds as well as offices, commercial and residential buildings in property management.

Sascha was previously CEO of the Corestate Capital Group, which is listed on the stock exchange. In addition, the senior management team will be rounded out by Thomas Dänzel as Chief Transaction Officer, previously Head of Retail Investment at Colliers Germany, and Jorgen Verink as CFO, formerly Head of Finance at Corestate Capital Group.  Stefan Zimmermann, founder of the ACREST Property Group, supports the management team as Senior Advisor.

By the end of 2018, x+bricks AG and its subsidiaries had acquired 23 food-anchored properties with a value of approx. EUR 300 million and invested approx. EUR 100 million in equity.
